If you need to enroll a new student at Boone Grove Elementary, please call the school office at 219-462-1032 to make an appointment or email Melissa Bowman at melissa.bowman@ptsc.k12.in.us to set up a time to come in and register.

You will need to bring your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of in-district residency to the appointment.
